Badjil Terms and Conditions - User Agreement and Terms

The following terms used in this document have specific meanings that apply throughout:

• "badjil" or "we" or "us" or "our" Means badjil platform, its owners and operators including all associated entities.
• "you" or "user" or "player" Means any person who accesses or uses the badjil platform.
• "Account" Means your personal registered account that you have created on badjil.
• "service" Means all gaming, betting and related services provided by badjil.
• "website" Means badjil.com and all its subdomains.
• "bonus" Means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback or reward that we provide.

To create and use an account on the badjil platform, you must meet the following eligibility and terms:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• You must be legally competent to enter into a legal contract.
• You may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are creating an account for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.
• Online gaming is legally permitted in the country from which you are accessing.

To verify your identity and age, badjil follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request the following documents from you at any time:

• Photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Payment method verification (bank account details, card screenshot)
• Selfie or live verification

Your withdrawal may be on hold until verification is complete. Processing usually takes 24-72 hours after documents are submitted.

Deposit policy:

• Badjil supports various payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, and crypto.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly, but some methods may take 5-15 minutes.
• Minimum deposit BDT 500 and maximum varies by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name.

Withdrawal policy:

• To withdraw, your account must be fully verified.
• Minimum withdrawal BDT 1000 and maximum according to your VIP level.
• Standard processing time 15-30 minutes, faster for VIP members.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonuses and promotional funds.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method from which the deposit was made.

Badjil offers various bonuses and promotions such as welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements:

• Bonuses may be credited automatically or require manual claiming.
• Wagering requirements are typically 20x-40x the bonus amount.
• All bonuses have an expiry period within which they must be used.
• Maximum bet size applies when playing with bonus funds.
• Some games may be restricted for bonus play or contribute differently.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting the system will result in confiscation of bonuses and winnings.

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or use of third-party software is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion or coordinated play with other players is not allowed.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors is prohibited and must be reported immediately.
• We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity.
• If violations are found, winnings may be confiscated and the account suspended.

Badjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, especially if:

• You violate any part of these terms
• We suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• You have provided false information
• Your account has been inactive for 6 months
• You wish to close your account yourself

In case of account closure, your remaining balance will be refunded if it consists of legitimate funds and no terms have been violated.
